Trainer profiles

A profile is only published after its owner has agreed to publication. You choose what appears. We never publish ID numbers. Evidence documents you upload to prove a credential are seen only by our verification team and are not public.

You can correct your profile at any time, hide it, or ask us to delete it and your account.

Quote requests and enquiries

When you send a quote request, we share it and your contact details only with the trainers we match it to (at most 5), so they can reply. A direct enquiry goes only to that trainer.

Marketing

We do not send marketing email or SMS without your separate consent.
